Grilled Wild Alaska Pollock with Carrots
Ingredients
- 300 g carrots
- 100 mL olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 portions of Wild Alaska Pollock
Instructions
- First, peel the carrots and cook them in boiling water (100°C / 212°F) until tender. Cool and set aside.
- Cook the Wild Alaska Pollock portions on a griddle or frying pan with a little olive oil over medium heat until the internal temperature of the fish reaches 65°C (149°F). This will take approximately 3 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other.
- Sauté the carrots in a frying pan with a little olive oil.
Finishing
- Place a portion of Wild Alaska Pollock on each plate and serve with the carrots.
For a crispier surface, add a little breadcrumbs together with the garlic and paprika. You can also create a more aromatic or exotic flavour by varying the spices, such as cumin, ginger, rosemary, or others.
