Ingredients
wild red Alaska salmon
extra virgin olive oil
0.4
º olive oil
lemon juice
cider vinegar
old-fashioned mustard
pink peppercorns
salt
pepper
Instructions
Clean the wild salmon and cut fillets. Remove any bones with the help of tweezers and sear on both sides in a non-stick pan.
Make a marinade from the extra virgin olive oil, 0.4º oil, lemon juice, mustard, cider vinegar and pink peppercorns.
Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and leave in the fridge until time to serve.
