Ingredients
Ikura
sushi rice
Nori seaweed
wasabi
for the Tosazuan sauce:
sauce for marinating the ikura:
soy sauce
Mirin
Instructions
De-salt the ikura in cold water.
Drain and then marinate in the sauce for 1 hour.
Remove from marinade and drain.
Make sushi in a gunkan shape.
Place the marinated ikura on top of the sushi.
