Instructions
Place the salmon on a tray, cover it in olive oil and the aromatic herbs and bake the 80ÂșC for 1 hour
Cut the Fennel, bake and liquefy it in a blender
Blanch the vegetables and glaze them in skillet with butter
Assemble the dish and decorate with wild fennel and edible flowers
