Clean the wild salmon and cut into portions of 150 g.
The salmon is cooked on the griddle and served garnished with artichokes seared on the griddle, on three fresh pasta raviolis filled with a cream of bay leaf, rosemary and thyme.
Finish with poultry essence cut with garlic oil.
