Ingredients
fillets Guindara
black cod
for the sauce:
200
cc water
400
cc Mirin
200
cc Sake
200
cc soy sauce
4
tablespoon
sugar
few drops ginger syrup
Instructions
Mix the sauce ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil.
Add the Guindara fillets and simmer for 15-20 minutes, reducing the sauce and basting the fillets with it.
