Alaska canned Pink or Red (Sockeye) salmon, drained
6
ounces
plain or Greek yogurt or 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2
tablespoons
lemon juice
Ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Add salmon, yogurt (or cream cheese), lemon juice, minced onions and pepper to a bowl. Mix until fully combined; can also blend in a food processor.
Refrigerate until ready to serve
To compile, add spread to a bowl or a plate. Add pickles, pickle relish, chives, or herbs on top.
Serve as a dip with veggies like celery sticks, carrot sticks or green pepper strips for dipping or spread on bread, crackers or tortillas.
