Easy Wild Alaska Pink Salmon Spread
Ingredients
Spread
- 1 can Alaska canned Pink or Red (Sockeye) salmon, drained
- 6 ounces plain or Greek yogurt or 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add salmon, yogurt (or cream cheese), lemon juice, minced onions and pepper to a bowl. Mix until fully combined; can also blend in a food processor.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
- To compile, add spread to a bowl or a plate. Add pickles, pickle relish, chives, or herbs on top.
- Serve as a dip with veggies like celery sticks, carrot sticks or green pepper strips for dipping or spread on bread, crackers or tortillas.
