diced wild Alaska red salmon

lemon juice

soy sauce

sriracha

grated ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

avocado

fresh cilantro
Instructions
Cut the wild Alaska red salmon into even cubes. Marinate for about 2 minutes with the soy sauce, lemon juice, grated ginger, and sriracha.
Dice the avocado into small cubes and lightly season with salt and pepper.
Place a plating ring on the plate and arrange a base layer of avocado.
Add the marinated salmon tartare on top.
Finish with a few fresh cilantro leaves to add aroma and freshness before serving.
