Wild Alaska Red Salmon Tartare
Ingredients
- 130 g diced wild Alaska red salmon
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 40 ml soy sauce
- 5 g sriracha
- 5 g grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50 g avocado
- 2 g fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Cut the wild Alaska red salmon into even cubes. Marinate for about 2 minutes with the soy sauce, lemon juice, grated ginger, and sriracha.
- Dice the avocado into small cubes and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Place a plating ring on the plate and arrange a base layer of avocado.
- Add the marinated salmon tartare on top.
- Finish with a few fresh cilantro leaves to add aroma and freshness before serving.
