WILD ALASKAN SALMON TOAST WITH AVOCADO MOUSSE

Ingredients

ripe avocado

package of smoked Wild Alaskan Red Salmon

cream cheese with garlic and herbs
4
sprigs of fresh dill
Salt and pepper
Toasted bread
4
eggs

tablespoon
capers
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
Blend the avocado flesh with the cream cheese, dill, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, seasoning with salt and pepper until it becomes a smooth mousse.
Cut the smoked salmon into small strips.
Toast the bread slices and fry the eggs.
Spread the avocado mousse over the toast, top with strips of smoked Alaskan salmon and the fried egg.
Finish with capers and a little fresh dill.
