TOSTA DE MOUSSE DE ABACATE E SALMAO DO ALASKA

WILD ALASKAN SALMON TOAST WITH AVOCADO MOUSSE

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 package of smoked Wild Alaskan Red Salmon
  • 100 g cream cheese with garlic and herbs
  • 4 sprigs of fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • Toasted bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Blend the avocado flesh with the cream cheese, dill, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, seasoning with salt and pepper until it becomes a smooth mousse.
  • Cut the smoked salmon into small strips.
  • Toast the bread slices and fry the eggs.
  • Spread the avocado mousse over the toast, top with strips of smoked Alaskan salmon and the fried egg.
  • Finish with capers and a little fresh dill.
