Alaska Wild Salmon with herbs
- 5600 g wild salmon
- Clean the wild salmon and cut into portions of 150 g.
- The salmon is cooked on the griddle and served garnished with artichokes seared on the griddle, on three fresh pasta raviolis filled with a cream of bay leaf, rosemary and thyme.
- Finish with poultry essence cut with garlic oil.
