Ingredients
  

  • 5600 g wild salmon

Instructions
 

  • Clean the wild salmon and cut into portions of 150 g.
  • The salmon is cooked on the griddle and served garnished with artichokes seared on the griddle, on three fresh pasta raviolis filled with a cream of bay leaf, rosemary and thyme.
  • Finish with poultry essence cut with garlic oil.
