Ingredients
  

  • wild red Alaska salmon
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.4 º olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • cider vinegar
  • old-fashioned mustard
  • pink peppercorns
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Clean the wild salmon and cut fillets. Remove any bones with the help of tweezers and sear on both sides in a non-stick pan.
  • Make a marinade from the extra virgin olive oil, 0.4º oil, lemon juice, mustard, cider vinegar and pink peppercorns.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and leave in the fridge until time to serve.
