Ingredients
  

  • 720 g salmon fillet
  • aromatic herbs to taste
  • vermicelli fried to taste
  • salt flakes to taste
  • black peppercorns to taste
  • 240 g fresh turnip tops
  • oil to taste
  • chopped garlic to taste
  • vegetable puree to taste

Instructions
 

  • Salt and pepper the salmon, cover with a coating of aromatic herbs and sear it on the griddle, ensuring that it is very lightly cooked.
  • Reserve.
  • Fry the turnip tops in oil with garlic
