Pasta with Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon and Broccoli
- Marinated salmon
- Steamed broccoli
- Cook the pasta and reserve some of the cooking water.
- Sauté the salmon and broccoli for a couple of minutes without oil.
- Add the pasta, a little of the cooking water and some lemon juice.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
