Alaska Wild Sockeye Salmon Tostadas
Ingredients
- 8 mini wheat tortillas with olive oil
- 300 g Alaska wild sockeye salmon
- Your favorite spices:
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp salt
For the avocado cream
- 2 ripe avocados
- 150 g cream cheese
- Chopped fresh dill
- Juice of half a lemon
Instructions
- Prepare a fresh salad with lettuce, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, and radishes.
- Spread the avocado cream over the tostadas, then top with the salad, Alaska wild sockeye salmon, and pickled onion. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice.
