Alaska Wild Sockeye Salmon Tostadas

Alaska Product Sockeye Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 8 mini wheat tortillas with olive oil
  • 300 g Alaska wild sockeye salmon
  • Your favorite spices:
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp salt

For the avocado cream

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • Chopped fresh dill
  • Juice of half a lemon

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a fresh salad with lettuce, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, and radishes.
  • Spread the avocado cream over the tostadas, then top with the salad, Alaska wild sockeye salmon, and pickled onion. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice.
