Bagel with Smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon

A simple and attractive sharing-style presentation, allowing each guest to assemble their own bagel.

Bagel with Smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs of smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • Gherkins
  • Capers
  • Cream cheese
  • Fresh dill
  • 1 onion
  • Fresh dill sauce
  • Bagels

Instructions
 

  • Slice the tomato, cucumber, and onion thinly.
  • Line a wooden board with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon slices and the prepared vegetables.
  • Add the gherkins, capers, and both cream sauces.
  • Finish with a few sprigs of fresh dill.
  • Serve in the center of the table so everyone can build their own bagel.
  • Tip: warm the bagels slightly before serving for the best texture and flavor.
