A simple and attractive sharing-style presentation, allowing each guest to assemble their own bagel.
Bagel with Smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 packs of smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- Gherkins
- Capers
- Cream cheese
- Fresh dill
- 1 onion
- Fresh dill sauce
- Bagels
Instructions
- Slice the tomato, cucumber, and onion thinly.
- Line a wooden board with parchment paper.
- Arrange the smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon slices and the prepared vegetables.
- Add the gherkins, capers, and both cream sauces.
- Finish with a few sprigs of fresh dill.
- Serve in the center of the table so everyone can build their own bagel.
- Tip: warm the bagels slightly before serving for the best texture and flavor.
