A delicious and easy-to-make festive appetizer.

Christmas Appetizer with Smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • Smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 leek
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh sprouts for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gently sauté the leek and spring onion in extra virgin olive oil until soft.
  • Add the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and cook gently until just set, keeping the texture creamy.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  • Use smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon slices because of their wild origin and their sustainable fishing practices.
  • Lay out the smoked salmon slices, place a small amount of the egg mixture on top, sprinkle with chives, roll them up, and finish by decorating with fresh sprouts.
