A delicious and easy-to-make festive appetizer.
Christmas Appetizer with Smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
Ingredients
- Smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
- 1 spring onion
- 1 leek
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh sprouts for garnish
Instructions
- Gently sauté the leek and spring onion in extra virgin olive oil until soft.
- Add the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and cook gently until just set, keeping the texture creamy.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- Use smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon slices because of their wild origin and their sustainable fishing practices.
- Lay out the smoked salmon slices, place a small amount of the egg mixture on top, sprinkle with chives, roll them up, and finish by decorating with fresh sprouts.
