  • 80 g salmon
  • 80 g chopped shallot
  • 80 g chopped ginger
  • 80 g chopped coriander
  • 400 g lime
  • 80 g boiled beetroot
  • l oil
  • 40 g salt
  • 40 g pepper


  • Season the finely chopped salmon with ginger, salt, pepper, oil, coriander, shallot and lime juice.
