Wild salmon carpaccio with wasabi vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • fillet of wild salmon
  • 400 cc extra virgin olive oil
  • 200 cc rice vinegar
  • 4 teaspoon wasabi
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the wild salmon into very thin slices and arrange on a plate.
  • Mix the vinaigrette ingredients well and pour over.
