Sanduiche De Salmao Selvagem Do Alasca Com Abacate

Wild Alaska Smoked Salmon & Avocado Sandwich

Alaska Product Smoked Wild Salmon
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • Slices of wild Alaska smoked salmon
  • 2 ripe avocado
  • Juice of lemon or lime
  • 4 crusty slices of fresh farmhouse loaf
  • A few rocket leaves or watercress sprigs
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mash the avocado with a few drops of lemon or lime juice and a little salt and black pepper.
  • Spread the avocado mixture over 2 crusty slices of fresh farmhouse loaf. Add a few rocket leaves or watercress sprigs and fold on top generous slices of wild Alaska smoked salmon
  • Grind over some extra black pepper and sprinkle with a squeeze of lemon or lime and serve
